Introduction
Epson Singapore runs its customer-facing commerce on SAP Commerce (Hybris), and MIS manages and delivers it. The catalogues customers browse, the campaigns that launch, the support journeys that resolve issues, and the MyEpson account portal behind them: all of it, managed end to end.
The challenge
A live commerce platform for a global brand has to keep performing across catalogues, campaigns and support every day, while staying true to Epson’s global brand standards. That needs a team that owns it end to end, not a chain of hand-offs.
What we did
We run the Epson Singapore platform on SAP Commerce (Hybris): developing product catalogues and campaign pages, supporting and enhancing the MyEpson account portal, and optimising the support journeys customers depend on, from warranty to service locator to product support. Front-end development follows Epson’s global brand standards, and we monitor performance and maintain the platform on an ongoing basis.
The result
