Introduction
A large charity had grown into roughly 3,000 pages spread across 30+ disparate, legacy sites, with governance, donations and e-payment all tangled in the sprawl.
The challenge
Migrating thousands of pages by hand is slow and error-prone, and the move couldn’t break donations or e-payment along the way. The charity needed one governed platform — and a cleaner experience on top of it — without losing anything in the migration.
What we did
We unified the estate onto a single Magnolia CMS (PaaS), and we did it with our AI migration & estate-mapping tool, which reads and inventories an estate, maps dependencies, flags what will break, and accelerates the move. On the new platform we revamped the UX/UI for clearer structure, navigation and performance, brought in functional modules — calendar booking and a secure e-payment gateway for donations — and established consistent digital governance with streamlined content management. CI/CD automation keeps releases fast and low-risk.
The result
A sprawling estate consolidated, governed and easier to use — donations and bookings running on a future-ready platform — and the engine that makes “get clear” fast and safe at scale, demonstrated end to end.
