How we work

Complex systems, delivered without surprises.

Predictability comes from method, not luck. We run the same three stages on every engagement, so complex, mission-critical delivery lands on plan and keeps performing long after launch.

It starts with a blueprint of how your business works

Before anyone builds, we map your whole estate as one system across three layers (Experience, the connective core and Data): how events flow, how processes cross platforms, how data is governed. That single blueprint is the Connectivity Model, our signature first deliverable.

The difference Most integrators’ first deliverable is a quote. Ours is a model. It de-risks the engagement before a line is built, proves the judgment is real, and it’s yours to keep whatever you build next.

Run it, and keep it ahead, with AI Ops

We don’t hand over and leave. For the long term, AI Ops becomes part of the package: proactive, agentic AI that watches every platform, catches drift before your customers feel it, and surfaces what to do next, so the system keeps compounding instead of decaying.

The difference · AI Ops, part of the package
  • Detect Reads every signal across the whole estate, not one platform at a time.
  • Prevent Spots drift and failing integrations early, before customers or your board feel it.
  • Improve Surfaces where value is leaking, ranks what matters, and turns it into the next move.
  • Assure Re-checks that the connective core still holds as platforms and demands change.

The full arc

Took it over, earned ownership, grew the whole estate.

Home Credit is the arc made literal. We took over the platform serving more than 8 million people, earned full ownership with a dedicated team, then expanded it year over year — marketplace on Arcadier, commerce on Commerce Layer, and a new brand-led ecommerce platform with embedded finance and a custom OMS. A takeover that became business-critical, evolved across four years, and the client’s leading digital initiative three years running.

SAP Commerce · a fixed deadline

What happens to your commerce platform after July 2026?

SAP Commerce on-premise reaches end of mainstream maintenance on 31 July 2026. After that, no new security patches or fixes arrive. We begin with a Connectivity Model, protect your commerce data, and design a composable path forward rather than a like-for-like lift.

Let’s start something that lasts.

Bring the problem you’re weighing: a migration, a re-platform, a build that has to hold. You’ll talk to the people who’d do the work, not a sales desk.
