Who we are
This site is operated by MISGLOBAL PTE. LTD. (UEN 202110806M), a company registered in Singapore at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, which trades as MIS (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question, email [email protected].
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location and device type, in aggregate. It sets cookies and does not store your full IP address. We use it only to understand and improve the site; we don’t use it to advertise to you or build a personal profile.
What you send us. The only details you actively give us are what you choose to send when you contact us or book a meeting: your name, email, optional company, your message, and — for a booking — your requested time, timezone and preferred video platform.
How we use it
We use the details you send solely to reply to you and to discuss the work you came for. Where a legal basis is required (for example under the EU/UK GDPR), we rely on your consent in sending us the message and our legitimate interest in responding; under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) we collect and use it for that purpose. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without your say-so.
Analytics is used only in aggregate, to understand and improve the site. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools at any time.
Who processes it
We rely on a small number of service providers acting on our behalf:
- Google Analytics — measures site usage in aggregate. A US-based service, so usage data is processed in the United States.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and runs the form endpoint.
- Resend — delivers your enquiry to us by email. It is based in the United States, so your message is transmitted through, and may be processed in, the US.
- Our business email account, where enquiries are received and stored.
This means some processing may take place outside Singapore. We use reputable providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the limited data involved, and we share your details with no one else.
Retention
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting engagement, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent, or object to our use of it, at any time — just email [email protected]. Where the GDPR applies you also have the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority; in Singapore you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
